Initial conversation

We’ll ask about your home goals, desired timeline, estimated purchase price or loan amount, employment and income situation, and whether you are eligible for VA benefits. This is also a good time to ask about down payment assistance, potential loan types, or credit-specific questions.

Documentation checklist

We provide a clear checklist so you can prepare your pay stubs, W-2s, bank statements, ID, and other items needed for pre-approval. Preparing documents early speeds underwriting and reduces delays.

Pre-approval and plan

Once pre-approved, you receive a conditional pre-approval letter showing estimated loan amount, rate assumptions, and documentation items outstanding. We’ll map a timeline to closing and explain contingencies to be aware of during your home search.

Ongoing support

We remain available to you through underwriting, appraisal, and closing. We coordinate with your real estate agent and title company to keep the process on track.
